Adventure Leadership Training (ALT) is a Christian charity, based in
Ireland, which aims to provide opportunities for volunteers
who are engaged in youth work to achieve skills and national
qualifications in outdoor pursuits. ALT aims to build teamwork and
leadership qualities in an environment in which people can enjoy. ALT aims
to encourage Christians to share their faith in God, building on their
skills and develop relationships with others.
Eagle Creek - a proposed rural development by ALT, situated in the Mourne Mountains, aimed at promoting tourism and providing a caring, community, family centre, that will be extensively used throughout the year by various cross-community, cultural, church groups, tourists and families who have members with special needs for respite care accommodation.
